Dietician Monica Chadha figured out a diet plan for every child according to Dr.Tanima Singhal’s assessment report. Adding some fun and smile to the face of our innocent future, Miss Neelam a Yoga expert made children do some exercises fused with aerobics.
Females in our society tend to sacrifice their everyday needs, personal hygiene always takes a backseat because of other concerns. This behavior is mostly common in the women of lower sector groups who already have their plate full. Rejuvenation understands the need of sanitation and female hygiene so it organized a workshop for the underprivileged women to discuss some of the neglected topics which are not talked about openly. Moderator of this workshop was Dr. Tanima Singhal who took a wonderful class and engaged every girl about the need of sanitation. She told the audience that the discussion about health should never be hush-hush as it is one’s basic need. She gave practical knowledge, educated the girls about menstruation cycles and more. At the end, sanitary napkins were distributed to the girls to spread a word about hygiene.
