Any good habit needs to be systematically cultivated, and what better motivation that doing it together each day!
A fifteen day ‘health walk’, aimed at increasing the daily physical, mental and spiritual wellness of the participants was programmed by our President, Mr. Sameer Nevatia, to promote the potentials of a ‘disciplined life’, more often than not overlooked.
Led by Devanshi Jain, a young rejuvenator, and her novel ideas of everyday resolutions, The ‘Health Walk’ included every-day, early morning session comprising yoga, breathing exercises and meditation which not only encouraged a healthier body but guaranteed a stronger aura, a happier mood and fifteen days of sun-like vigor for everybody present.
Guruma guided the people in their spiritual journey and propounded the rudiments of meditation to each one of them. As the course advanced more and more people joined in the journey and even old age seemed a weak deterrent for many.
The health walk proved to be a highly efficient way to channel all the negativity outside, allowing space for illuminating agility right at the start of the day. Once the rhythm was set, it was difficult to stop our daily sessions even in heavy rains, as with each passing day, every participants’ movement became much more enhanced and they noticeably grew in terms of health and well being.
People from every ‘walk’ of life joined and appreciated this initiative. It invited bliss into everyone’s lives and became a daily habit for most of them.
